How long will it take? (Or) What is the turn around time?
It depends on the project scope. The more information you can give us the more accurate our turn around time is for you.
On average, the turn around time for non-permanent printing is 7 business days from the time that a project manager receives an accurate digital printing file. Accurate scheduling occurs after project scope is reviewed.
On average, the turn around time for permanent printing is 15-20 business days from the time that a project manager receives an accurate digital printing file. Accurate scheduling occurs after the project scope is reviewed by the project manager with the current production schedule that time.
How to Prepare Electronic Files for Digital Textile Printing ?
1) Take your electronic files from original designs (artworks, photographs, family photos, pictures on magazines, etc.) by professional high definition devices, such as a professional box camera and scanner.
2) Generate final electronic files on computer using image editors, such as Photoshop, stored in CMYK Tiff format, at least 300dpi, and 1:1 proportion.
3) Ideally, print images out on paper in desired colors you want comparing to original designs, which can be used as color references submitted together with corresponding electronic files.
How do I submit my designs?
Digital designs can be submitted through Wetranfer or Dropbox.
Digital designs Should be saved in Tiff, JPG, PDF format at 150-300 dpi in CMYK.
What is about Sample Confirmation?
If you like, we would start a sample for your checking. Samples will be sent out for your confirmation. If you do not satisfy with them, further modification can be done by our technician if solutions are available.

Yes, we offer a variety of recycled polyesters cottons and silk in different specification.
Did you know? Digital fabric printing just by the nature of its on demand printing process, is a much more environmentally friendly print option then screen printing because there is minimal to NO waste.
How wide are the fabrics?
They vary in width from 42" -58" wide.
Our maximum printing width is 58". If you need to make something wider, it is important to set the file up with printing overlap for sewing overlaped pieces together. Remember to create the overlap in strategic design locations to minimize the viewing of the sewing.
How do you make sure the colors you print match the colors I want?
Provide us with color standards, like telling us the Pantone number, and a good clean digital design file. We custom match all colors upon request to the specified fabrics from your supplied color standards. The clearer the requests, the better we can be of service to you. It is important to know this is a difficult process and some limitations occur due to the type of file given, substrate chosen, and the ink gamut of the type of dyes used. We do our best to give you the closest color available with a custom color match that is within the gamut for digital fabric printing. Quality means everything to us.

Are the printed fabrics machine washable?
Yes, if you order fabric that is permanently printed with reactive, acids or disperse dyes. When we review your project scope and files, we need to know what your end result is going to be for your custom printed fabric in order to determine the best choice of fabric and printing options for you.

What Kind of Inks Do You Use ?
Digital Printing System supplies a variety of dye based inks that include disperse, pigment, acid, and reactive, for most fabric applications including but not limited to: cotton, nylon (flags and banners), Lycra, Spandex, polyester (flags and banners), silk, rayon, and blends.
1) Reactive ink, which mainly is used to nature fabric such as silk, cotton, flax, and wool, or their mixtures
2) Acid ink, which is mainly used to nylon. Also it can be used to silk or wool, which causes the color brighter than using Reactive ink but the some parameters of fastness of the color will be lower, such as wet rub solidness (3 degree instead of 4 degree like 1)
3) Disperse ink, which mainly is used to polyester.
4) Pigment ink, which is mainly used to mixtures of 50% polyester and 50% nature fabric. Or it can be used to spry printing on dyed fabrics, including silk, cotton, flax, polyester, and etc.
